Impotence can hamper your sexual as well as professional life.&amp;nbsp; The most prominent cause of erectile dysfunction is  aging; it is assumed that over 50% of the men suffering from Erectile  Dysfunction (ED) are aged above 40.Some people have created an myth that  Erectile Dysfunction (ED) is related with age. Don&amp;rsquo;t believe it, Erectile  Dysfunction (ED) can be treated an any age.&amp;nbsp; Diseases-such as diabetes, kidney disease, chronic  alcoholism, multiple sclerosis, atherosclerosis, vascular disease causes about  70 percent of Erectile Dysfunction cases. Diabetes is the most common cause of Erectile  Dysfunction. It causes most of the cases of Erectile Dysfunction, In an  estimate  Between 35 and 50 percent of  men with diabetes experience Erectile Dysfunction.Most causes of impotence are  physical. Some prescription drugs, like narcotics, sedatives and blood pressure  medication can give you impotence as a side effect.&amp;nbsp; A man's sexual drive or performance can be affected by  stress, such as problems at work, relationship difficulties or financial  worries. Psychiatric conditions and feeling depressed or anxious  about poor sexual performance can also result in a failed erection.&amp;nbsp; Excessive intake of alcohol or smoking can also lead to  erectile dysfunction. Smoking increases the chance of atherosclerosis  developing and smokers have an increased risk of developing Erectile  Dysfunction (ED).&amp;nbsp;  You can keep Erectile  Dysfunction (ED) away by adopting some things described below              Try to cut down or  stop smoking.   Try to exercise more. Take a walk  instead of the bus or take the stairs instead of the     lift. Even small changes can dramatically  affect your health.   Eat a balanced diet rich in fruit and vegetables and low in fat.    If you drink more than the recommended amount try to cut down    Recreational drugs can cause impotence/erectile dysfunction.
