What is Nourishment

Nourishment is the source of materials to nourish your body and soul. The best part of nourishment is the Nutrition. Nutrition is the diet we eat and how the body uses it. Our health depends on what we eat so nutrition should be the best part of our food.

There are six nutrients which are required by your body for best working of your body and to stay healthy.

  1. Water
  2. Carbohydrates
  3. Proteins
  4. Fats
  5. Vitamins
  6. Minerals

  7. A balanced diet refers to intake of appropriate types and adequate amounts of foods and drinks to supply nutrition and energy for the maintenance of body cells, tissues, and organs, and to support normal growth and development.

    Food supplements or daily diets are concentrated sources of nutrients or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect. People take them to supplement the nutrients they get from their normal diet.
