Manage Stress in your life

Stress, Stress and stress..., is the order of today's busy life. Stress is getting into human body and mind so quickly that nobody comes to know until it starts giving bad moments in life.

 

The term called stress is the state of lack of motivation or encouragement or we can say it is one form of depression. Basically stress is how you interpret what is going on in your life.

 

Stress is not that you can handle or overcome with any kind of medicines. Medicines can give you relief temporary however can't provide any permanent solution. In day to day life stress will always be there. You have to learn to manage it and make your life happy. There are few simple techniques with the help of those you can manage stress and your life altogether.

 

In your daily routine you can adapt below mentioned simple things to avoid stress :

 

  • The best and most important thing is always be Happy. Happiness is the Key to stress free life.

  • Take a 10 to 30-minute morning walk every day. This will really make you to tackle stress in very peaceful manner.
  • Meditation: take 10-15 minutes every day to sit quietly. Observe your breath for 10-15 minutes. You may be not be able to do this in your early days of meditation. However keep practicing it will make you to know your innerness. The day you meet your inner conscious. You will win the world and your life will become easy and calm without any kind of stress or depression.

  • Exercise is as important as your diet every day. Exercise will make you to perform your activities in most efficient way and keep your fit and happy.

  • When you feel yourself stressed or under some kind of depression just sit calm and listen some good music that our like.

  • Don't make comparison with others. Just work for as you feel good and most importantly make your partner to become happy and have trust for each other.

  • To err is human. So when you realize you have made a mistake, accept that mistake and take appropriate measure to correct it.
  • Learn to forgive.
  • Set your goals high and put your best to achieve those goals.
  • A good sleep is an essence of life so take sleep for at least 7 hours every day. Especially in the night.
  • Trust in God.

Just try to follow these simple things in your day to day life, believe me you will be on the path of calm and stress free life.
